Shuttle Bus Service

Paratransit is a specialized, door-to-door service for people with disabilities who are not able to ride fixed-route public transportation, including lift-equipped buses. The service is typically provided on smaller buses (approximately 35 feet or less in length).

Unlike Regional Transit’s fixed route and Neighborhood Ride shuttle services, paratransit service does not operate on a regular, pre-designated, pre-scheduled route. Paratransit does however complement Regional Transit’s fixed route service by operating in the same area, on the same days and during the same hours.

Paratransit will pick you up and drop you off at your door (or curb). Similar to The Neighborhood Ride, reservations must be made at least one day in advance.

Paratransit may make several stops to pick up or drop off other passengers. Assigned pick up times may vary by up to one hour from the time requested.
